New Habits

The last couple of days I have thought of some goals I need to set for myself. They are not only for the rest of the summer but the rest of my life!

Things I need to start making Habits:

exercise or do some sort of physical activity every day

drink two or more liters of water a day

start using mustard instead of mayonaise

floss once a day

stop eating after 8pm

start SAVING my money

spend time in the word everyday

pack my lunch/dinner for work

wake up before 12pm

clean/do chores daily

be more outdoorsy

mustard instead of may is SO from dad!!! what about use metamusil?????? :)
